1. General
These terms apply to the ARETORA VPN app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Individual Developer – Petr Rasponin ("Service Provider") as a Free service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.
2. Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification, or extraction of the Application, its parts, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
3. Service Modifications
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services, with clear communication to users.
4. Data Collection & Storage
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Only VPN configuration data (such as WireGuard private keys and server endpoints) is stored locally on your device in encrypted form and never sent to the Service Provider or any third party.

5. Device Security
You are responsible for your device's security. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting, as it may compromise security and Application functionality.
6. Connectivity & Charges
The Application requires an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for lack of connectivity, data charges, or roaming fees incurred through use. Ensure you have permission from the bill payer.
7. Acceptable Use & Liability
You agree to use the Application solely for lawful purposes. The Service Provider does not encourage or support illegal activities, including unauthorized access, copyright infringement, or malicious conduct.
The Service Provider does not log, monitor, or access your online traffic and bears no responsibility for your online activities. Any misuse is at your own risk.
The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application or its functionality.
8. Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application or discontinue it at any time without notice. You agree to accept updates when offered. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete the Application from your device.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes will be posted here.
